Jim O’Shea National Sales Manager
Jim O’Shea evaluates options with AmeriPak customers to find the best packaging solution for their production goals. He collaborates with the engineering design lab to ensure a complete understanding of the customer expectations.
During the manufacturing process, Jim maintains close communication with the customer and advises them of the order progress. He also coordinates their visit to AmeriPak at the time of the factory acceptance test.
Additionally, Jim schedules and coordinates all trade show appearances. This allows him to demonstrate AmeriPak’s capabilities with a large segment of a new or existing marketplace. He also explores industry trends and his customer’s future packaging needs.
Jim oversees the national sales representatives, annual sales expectations, and past performance. This ensures the sales division maintains continuity throughout the customer evaluation, quotation, and order process.
Jim enjoys fishing and cycling in his free time. He participates in several charity bike rides.
