Designed for high speed, multi-shift operations, the Model S3500 horizontal shrink wrapper is the ideal choice where performance and reliability are required. Constructed with a heavy duty modular frame, this machine is equally at home as a basic shrink wrapper or as a high speed shrink wrapper with fully automatic product feeders operating at very high speeds. This wrapper accommodates a wide range of shrink films.
Standard on the Model S3500 are three sets of tiltable fin wheels which accurately control the film for high speed wrapping of your smallest to largest products producing a continuous longitudinal bead seal beneath the package. A control panel with graphic display allows convenient monitoring and control of the wrapper.
Unique EZ-SET control of crimper phasing can be set with the machine running, saving valuable set-up time and product. All the controls for changing from one sized product to another can be adjusted by hand, no tools required. We have placed these adjustments on the front of the machine for quick size changes.
