Series 30 Tray Sealer

The Series 30 is our most compact automatic tray sealer, packing performance into a small footprint. This model is ideal for applications requiring high output from a small physical space.
The TD30M accommodates film widths up to 10.5″. This versatile tray seal handles a wide range of container sizes with the pop-out interchangeable tray pallets. The tool-free, quick change tray pallets are manufactured from 3/4” aluminum plate! Utilize the TD30M’s dual-lane capacity to seal smaller containers two at a time. The seal drum temperature is continually monitored by a thermocouple and consistent temperature is maintained with a solid state controller.
Casters and a 110-volt electrical supply make the TD30M portable and flexible in operating the machine in a convenient location. The stainless steel and aluminum construction is ideal for strict sanitary applications.
